My background is in corporate training, learning & development, certified coaching and public speaking. I know what it's like to be unheard at work, love your job and want to stop playing small.
One day, I realized there were no more promotions or a clear path to my purpose, so I created a nonprofit and media platform to do more than work every day but to transform lives and help others have a voice.
I put together this coaching program and course because I struggled with the same feelings of being a corporate leader who wanted to make a bigger impact on the world outside of just my career.
